What should I do if my authorized retailer doesn't have my favorite Hermazi® design in stock ?
If your Authorized Hermazi® retailer does not stock your desired design, simply ask them to contact us. We are more than happy to send your favorite piece to the Authorized Retailer for you to try on.
How can I be sure that I purchased an authentic Hermazi® piece?
The best way to ensure that you purchase an authentic Hermazi® piece, is to only purchase from an Authorized Hermazi® Retail Partner listed 0n our 'Where to Buy' page.

Are all Hermazi® designs shown on the website?
Hermazi.com has the largest selection of styles for you to browse & discover. That said, not every piece is showcased.
Do Hermazi® engagement ring settings include the center diamonds?
Hermazi® engagement rings are sold without a center stone.
Any of our Authorized Hermazi® Retail Partners may assist you with professional knowledge in choosing the perfect center stone for your Hermazi® ring if you do not already have one.
What metal choices does Hermazi® offer?
Hermazi® offers its fine jewelry in (14K or 18K) White, Yellow, and Rose Gold or Platinum.
Our 18K White Gold is alloyed with palladium to ensure a lustrous 100% nickel-free composition
What quality are the Hermazi® diamonds?
Hermazi® uses G Color & VS Clarity Diamonds in the Eternal Love, Honey II., and Mystical Garden of Blooms Collections (Original & Petite).
H Color & SI Clarity Diamonds are used in the Honey I. Collection.
All diamonds are ethically sourced, conflict-free diamonds.
